About Me

My name is Drew Richard, and I founded Four Bridges LLC with a vision to create sustainable, community-driven solutions that support health, housing, and human dignity. As a resident physician with a background in community health outreach, I have seen firsthand the profound impact that coordinated, compassionate action can have on individuals and neighborhoods.Four Bridges was built on the belief that by working directly with local leaders and organizations, we can design models that are tangible, replicable, and adaptable to the unique strengths of each community. Our work begins in Santa Cruz, where we aim to strengthen and expand the efforts already being made to support vulnerable populations — building bridges not only between services, but between people, hope, and opportunity.
Initiatives

Four Bridges is currently laying the foundation for a series of initiatives focused on bridging critical gaps in healthcare access, housing support, and community resilience. Our first steps involve forming partnerships with local clinics, shelters, and community organizations in Santa Cruz to identify areas of greatest need and co-create sustainable, dignity-centered programs.Planned initiatives include outreach efforts to support individuals experiencing homelessness, mobile health access models, and the development of resource hubs that empower communities with the tools to thrive. As we grow, we aim to document these efforts to create adaptable models that can be implemented in other cities, ensuring that financial and structural barriers do not stand in the way of dignity and care.
